How I work

Cancellation Policy

All commissioned work may be cancelled within 24hrs of deposit.

Refund Policy

All commissioned work is final sale. Any art not commissioned that is purchased may receive full refund within 24hrs of purchase.

Terms of Payment

Acceptable payment methods include interac e-transfer or cash. A deposit of 50% is required upon ordering of commissioned work with balance to be paid upon delivery. All art that is not commissioned must be paid in full before delivery.

Shipping

Local delivery is free of charge. Personal delivery outside London, Ontario is available for an additional fee. Please inquire if this service is available in your area and if/when it can be arranged.
